Pilates is holistic physical training. It mainly addresses the deep-seated, small muscles that are responsible for a healthy and correct posture. The training includes conscious breathing in the strength and mobilization exercises. The targeted Pilates training promotes flexibility and strength in a harmonious interaction, thus improving posture and body awareness.
