Yoga connects body and mind and can therefore provide the ideal counterbalance to our fast-paced, noisy, and hectic everyday lives. Mindful, breath-guided movement calms the mind. Yoga can reduce symptoms of stress. The flowing teaching style makes it easy to focus attention on the body. Through being present in the present moment, everyday life can fade away (at least for a while).
Teaching style:
Creative, dynamic, contemporary, anatomically sound yoga. I place great emphasis on precise, easy-to-follow instructions and individual adaptations of the individual yoga asanas.
