Back training

Back pain is one of the most common physical complaints in Switzerland. Around 70 percent of all Swiss people state that they suffer from back pain at least once a year. Mostly sedentary work and too little movement is often the trigger for the pain, as this can cause painful tension in the back. With regular back exercises, however, the symptoms can often be brought under control or even prevented.
