Did you give birth spontaneously 6 weeks ago or by caesarean section 8 weeks ago? Was everything okay during the gynecological check-up after the birth? Then it's time for recovery training.

Your pelvic floor has been working hard during pregnancy and has become weaker. During the natural birth, it had to expand to its maximum and sustained minor injuries. Now it's important to get it back into shape!

In our course, you'll learn to consciously perceive your pelvic floor again, how to tense it, and how to relax it again. You'll receive information about the anatomy and function of the pelvic floor. Your overall fitness will improve. You'll receive tips on pelvic floor-friendly behavior in everyday life, how to integrate pelvic floor exercises into household chores, and we'll also address back issues.

A varied course in small groups (max. 5 participants) awaits you.
